| I have been battling driveline vibration on three different shafts There were various things contributing to it all from what I can tell.... sagging transmission mount new motor mounts not torqued down enough introducing various parts that increase NVH regardless; polyurethane bushings, 1-pc DS vs 2-pc DS Friday I'm switching to an oem 2pc to see what happens. If that fixes it, then I may try a 1 pc with a CV-joint later, or I may just leave well enough alone. That should tell me whether or not swapping from cv-joint to U-joint is enough with my mods to create this unwanted level of vibration, or if losing the carrier bearing assembly is the tipping point. If anyone else has any ideas, I'm all ears.
"The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of "liberalism", they will adopt every principle of our socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without ever knowing how it happened.... I no longer need to run on the Socialist Party ticket because the Democrat Party has now adopted our platform." --Norman Thomas, 1944 Socialist Party Presidential Candidate "Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." --Winston Churchill END THE FED ....learn why, in 42 minutes
